1. How payment works
- You choose a plan and tell us your device.
- We confirm the plan, the total in US dollars and how to pay, in writing.
- You pay through the payment option we confirmed.
- You receive a confirmation, then your login details and setup steps.

2. What we never ask for
- Your full card number, expiry date or security code typed into WhatsApp or email.
- Your online banking username or password.
- One-time codes sent to your phone by your bank.
- Gift cards or prepaid vouchers as payment.
- Remote access to your phone or computer.
3. Paying with buyer protection
Wherever possible, pay with a method that offers buyer protection, such as a credit card. In the US and Canada, credit card issuers generally provide a way to dispute a charge for a service you did not receive. Contact us first, though: we can usually solve the problem faster.
4. Currency and fees
Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in Canadian dollars or another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. We do not add any fee on top of the plan price.
5. Spotting a fake payment request
Several websites use names similar to ours. A request is genuine only if it comes from WhatsApp +212 781 768 546 or the email [email protected] and matches the plan and price on this website. If anything looks different, do not pay and tell us.
6. Website security
This website uses HTTPS encryption. It does not collect card details: no payment form on sonixiptvhd.com asks for them.
