The short version
- Plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.
- You can tell us to stop at any time, by email or WhatsApp. No cancellation fee.
- Whether a plan renews is confirmed in writing when you order, and you can stop any renewal before it happens.
1. Fixed-length plans
When you buy a plan, you pay once for the whole length. Your access runs from activation until the end of that length.
2. Renewal
We confirm in writing, at the time you order, whether your plan will renew and how. If a renewal applies to your payment method, we remind you before it happens, and you can stop it at any time before the renewal date by telling us.
3. How to cancel
Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +212 781 768 546 with the name, email or number you ordered with. We confirm the cancellation in writing.
4. What happens to your access
If you cancel without a refund, your access continues until the end of the length you already paid for and then stops. If a refund is approved, access ends when the refund is processed.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling does not automatically mean a refund. Refund requests are accepted within the refund window shown on your order confirmation, under the conditions in our refund policy.
6. If we cancel
If we ever have to stop providing the service before the end of your plan for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your plan.
7. Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state or province.
